I received an error when trying to register my vehicle, what should I do?

I can't book an appointment, what should I do?
Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. After checking, try refreshing the page and start filling out all the required fields again including Service Type, Service Name, Appointment Date and Time. Then click the “Set Appointment” button. Make sure to confirm your booking with the verification code sent to your registered mobile number. If booking still doesn’t go through after following these instructions, you may go to ‘Settings’ then click on ‘Support’ and send us a message regarding your concern.
How can I edit my preferred dealer?
With MyToyota PH, you can set your preferred dealer for your account and for each vehicle. To change the preferred dealer of a vehicle on the Set Appointment page, just go to “Profile”, look for your vehicle, and then edit the preferred dealer of that specific vehicle. However, if you want to change your default dealer on the “Add a Vehicle” page, you may go to “Settings” followed by “Update Dealer”, then select your new preferred dealer.
Can I still change or cancel an appointment after booking it?
Yes. If you wish to change your appointment schedule, you may go to “Appointment Details”, click “Reschedule Appointment”, then select your preferred date and time. And should you wish to cancel your appointment, you may do so by going to “Appointment Details”, select “Cancel Appointment” and fill out all the required fields.
My vehicle’s image and information are not accurate, what should I do?
We’d like to reassure you that this is not a bug. If you can see a wireframe of your vehicle, that means we’re still collecting the accurate photos for your vehicle and update is on the way. However, if your vehicle’s information isn’t correct, you may go the Settings > Support and send us a message regarding your concern.
